Freedom Church COVID-19 Updates

Church Hours

Freedom Church is closed until further notice. Sunday and mid-week services will not be held as we stand in solidarity with the community of Santa Fe to slow the spread of COVID-19.

The church office will be open throughout the week and our pastoral team and ministers are also available for prayer; however, we ask that you call ahead of time to ensure that we are complying with Governor Lujan-Grisham's "shelter in place" ordinance for the State of New Mexico.

In response to questions regarding tithes and offerings, you may drop them off at the church during office hours. Again, please contact us by phone if you intend to visit the church office so that we can make the appropriate arrangements.

Stand United

Freedom Church invites all Christians in New Mexico to join us in turning on porch lights at 9:00 pm and praying for at least 10 minutes. Prayer intentions can include a cure for the COVID-19 virus, healing for those who are infected, protection for hospital/medical professionals and first responders, comfort for people who have lost loved ones, help for people who are impacted financially, and of course guidance for our local and national leaders.

Although the pandemic has brought about many difficulties, we believe it can also be an opportunity for Christians to rise up as a united Body of Christ and link together in acts of faith and trust in the Lord. This is already being demonstrated in many ways around the nation, which has been so encouraging.

At Freedom Church, we have been using a “Stand United” theme, staying spiritually connected through fasting, prayer vigils, and phone outreach to folks within our congregation. Still, there is more to be done to connect with other Christians in the community to make an even bolder statement of trust in the Lord and faith that He will see us through this incredible trial. To this end, Freedom Church has extended an invitation to churches across Santa Fe, and all of New Mexico, to join this Stand United campaign.

Regardless of church or denomination, we can and will “Stand United” in the powerful name of Jesus. As we launch this "porch light prayer," may the efforts be a tool used to recognize God's miracles, encouragement, and hope in our lives. Please invite your friends, family, and neighbors to join.

United We Stand,

Pastors Harold & Bessie Trujillo
